Starmark today announced the appointment of Joe Fitzgerald as interactive web developer. Previously, Fitzgerald served as webmaster for iVillage Total Health and before that, designed sites like Tonker.com and Hydracomics.com, quickly growing sales for the former to more than $7M. He is well-versed in multiple programming languages and brings a wealth of experience in both front- and back-end custom software application development to the Starmark Marketing Technology Services team.
