Starmark CEO Sizzles in SoFlorida Magazine’s July/August Issue

Starmark International’s CEO Dan Estes, aka Chef-Boy-R-Dan, demonstrated his culinary skills in his Emeril-inspired kitchen with a picture-perfect “Paella Valenciana” during a photo shoot for SoFlorida Magazine. He created the colorful dish with the help of business partner and wife Peggy Nordeen, and then served it poolside to dinner guests with very grateful palates. Dan, his recipe and his Web site (www.chefboyrdan.com) are featured in the July/August issue’s “Sizzlin’ Men” cover story on “Local Guys Who Get Cookin’.”
